The publication explores the topic of fear. Fear in everyday life, but especially fear in the profession of graphic designer and typographer. It explores how fear influences our decisions and seeks the limit of fear in this profession and the possibilities of its elimination.

The structure of the work is based on three reactions of the organism to a stressful situation— fight, flight freeze, which became key in the approach to the design. That is also why the publication has the “three-format” character. Fight—we surround ourselves with what causes us fear, flight—corresponds to escape and detailed analysis and dosage of fear through microtypography and freeze—we displace the cause of fear. The fear of making mistakes in typographic work becomes an intentional design principle.
